…Remember when I used to marvel at a thousand dollars, now that money is allowance for my baby daughter…
I released Yeah Buddy as a single on May 10th 2011 which is my birthday. aiSHO and I had been planning on making a collaboration together for quite some time but none of the songs I wrote before really clicked like “Yeah Buddy” did. The whole song was dedicated to me being at a good place in life, really a feel good record.
I use “Yeah Buddy” at my performances to get the crowd going and get some feedback. Yeah Buddy got such a good response that aiSHO and I planned to make a whole EP together entitled “No Passport” seeing that he’s from Spain and I am from the U.S. and the only way to get the album done would be via internet since neither one of us has our passport.
